i know the turkish guy tuna who runs violet he also runs our complex in ovacik and i know everything is run correctly kdv and all other taxes paid
he is trying to get all complex bar owners in calis together so they can have a meeting with halima ok head of the zabita
SO if anybody is on a complex with a bar please ask your people to get in touch with him
ive just spoke to him he says they can carry on until the end of this season

apparently most bars on complexs have no tapu and are illegally built,this is why they are clampping down,i think its just a ploy by the council to get more money

Ours isn't Helen, it was on the original plans when we bought five years ago. Why was Odek allowed to build it in the first place for it to be illegal now???
There are too many rumours and not enough facts!
As Marjo has stated, anyone on a complex in this same situation please contact Tuna. If we all fight together on this matter hopefully we will get it resolved before next season.

Oh,Anne, just a friendly reply re your remarks,this is an open forum,and I posed questions as anyone might.The problems you face would be of some concern to anyone reading hence the posts.But, I had friends staying at one of the complexes involved during the whole of the month of August and he related to me the details,so you see I am aware of what is involved,I just declined to use hearsay.May I make one last remark on this.No-one has suggested using the governers help line on this issue,it seems to me it would be a good place to start,and at no cost
