A bloke goes to his doctor and complained that when he broke wind it sounded like a motorbike. The doctor looked confused and asked the man to drop his trousers so he could look at his backside. On looking the doctor saw that he had a festering boil on his bum. Satisfied that he now knew what was going on, He said to the bloke that he had this abscess and explained........
