Does anyone know anything about dentists in Turkey? I have heard they are a lot cheaper and better than here in the U.K.jen

That seems to be the case, if you get off the Dolmus in Fethiye at the main mosk terminus, all of the dentists are down there, near where the chemist shops are.

I have friends who have both had major work carried out, implants, crowns and bridges, the quality was good and the price something like a third of the costs here in the UK

When you go to any dentist they will exemine you and tell you what you need and how much that will cost. Try to go and ask more than 1 dentist to find the right one.
     There is an English speaking dentist. His office is hundered meters far from  MIGROS junction to city center direction. His name is Tufan EVRENESOGLU.
