Does anyone have any info on this company please, I've done a search but only come back with a possible (unclear) link to A1 Propertys in a posting by (Tribleleader)

They are conducting several 'Private Exhibitions' in the UK.  Their advertising with a .co.uk e-mail addy links to massive 'Off-Plan Properties' 'Easily arranged Mortgages' in the Altikum/Bodrum/Didim area  :o When I typed in .com after their name it linked me to the 'Turkish living forum' ??

They maybe perfectly legit (In which case they have my 'Un-reserved' apology)  Sadly given the recent Millions stolen in Frauds & Scams and subsequent arrests of many Tapu Office personnel, estate agents & Developers in that area, when they posted a flyer through my door today :o I cannot, Not, check them out  :-\

Would really appreciate any info, I am a worry wart  :-\ They may even get reccommendations here  8)

What is the problem? They operate in an area where there have been frauds reported - many companies do, it's a big area.

I visited the Property Exhibition this afternoon :D

'Ferhat' from 'Sunset Homes' seemed like a nice chap, he's married to a local girl and lives here 8)

The Countries being represented today were Spain... Italy  8) & Turkey  8)  I don't think I made too much of a hit with the 'other table' of 2 blonde women & I bloke who were also selling in Turkey [:o)]  When I asked them about their agency they said they weren't  estate agents, they dealt through a highly professional outfit in Turkey named 'Taurean Properties' based in Calis :-\ :o Umm I know said I :D  ;)

What a small world  :o:D

I purchased off plan from Sunset a year ago, and true to their word the apartment is almost complete, as described. Very happy with the standard of workmanship and the attitude the staff of this family run business with three offices in the uk. Would recommend to anyone.

So you aren't the Rob Cribb from the South West of England that sells property in Turkey from an office in Bath? Funny, because if you are (and you are) why would you buy a property in Turkey from another 3rd party agent in the South West of England?

More ridiculous nonsense, I for one am not buying it. Self promoting, underhand advertising, thinly disguised as a recommendation from a customer.

Sad.

:o Perhaps I'm not so paranoid after all  8)  If anyone has an hour or so spare this weekend, they could probably asked Rob in person, at their Exhibition at the 'Farrington Golf club' nr Bath : :)

well you see the reason I purchased in this way is that they are developers I trust. Not agents acting for so called developers. also anyone wishing to view their stock will be wellcome this weekend at Farrington Golf Club. We can arrange viewing trips on the day. Buy from someone who has had the confidence in the developer to purchase himself. Or check out the properties available www.no-chance-son.com. all have a great day!!

You really aren't doing yourself any favours Rob. Not THEIR stock, YOUR stock.
