widening the search a bit are there any mobile hairdressers in the local area?

Did you try the SEARCH facility - it will bring up the subject albeit not necessarily in Ovacik

Never heard of a mobile hairdresser in the area, but could recommend Booty in Hisaronu, which is not too far from you.
