Can someone explain why double underlining is appearing in some places including under my user name sometimes at the top right hand side of the page.

It feels like this is a setting on your browser to highlight links on a page. If not a few adware addons can do this....have you installed any lately?

John, a quick search suggests this is caused by Malware (same as Adware) and it is possible you didn't realise you have added it....what browser and version are you using?

Just to let everyone know that not wishing to demonstrate my ignorance (again) in these matters, I emailed steve (redding43) privately and that he solved the problem for me.

Thanks steve - isn't this Forum splendid ;D
