Title: Mobile/house phone/ Internet registration for foreigners

Hi,

Can anyone help regarding the new mobile / house phone/ internet registration for foreigners.

Do you need to have residency? Or can you use a tax number to register?
Can this be done on line, if so can someone direct me to a web link.

The Turk Telecom text states that registration is only at the office. Turkcell gives the alternative of https:/hesabim.li/doprofil

You do need a residents visa card to register in both cases. Friends tried to re register their pay & go with both passport & tax no, but no dice
