Hi All
I have been coming regularly to Turkey on a Visa. I bought a Turkish telephone, but then it shut down and I was told that
I could not use it any more unless I got residency. I am going through that process now. I have an English phone with a dual SIM card. I would like to use it and get a Turkcell card. There used to be a problem with using English phones. Can someone tell me what the latest position is. Thanks

Turk cell do a tourist sim for £20

Yes used one myself last month Steve. However only lasts 30days and is for local (ie) Turkish use.
So no good to ring UK with. We used for taxis keeping in touch with locals etc. :angel:
