Just had a letter from goldtrail with a surcharge request, taken me three days to get through, left in a que for up to 40 minutes, just to pay the surcharge, emailed them twice to ask if they could ring me for payment, no reply, eventually got through this morning, £14.17 surcharge for one flight plus theyve charged me £2.50 to pay it with my debit card, I swear I will never ever use goldtrail again,I have had nothing but trouble since I booked, please be warned,Bee
