An Air Accident Investigation Branch report stated that a flight last June from Turkey to Gatwick lost 1.3 Tonnes of fuel on route and requested emergency services to be on hand. A considerable amount of fuel was left on the runway.
The pilot was going to land in Paris, but judged he still had enough fuel for Gatwick..
My question is..... will I get my fuel surcharge back as they obviously did'nt need all that fuel???
