ING monthly bank charges

I know Finansbank make a monthly deduction if there is money in the GBP account.

Hopeful Alper will see this and clarify as the lady at the desk next to him definitely told me yesterday that I couldn't have the money from my orange account in cash, so I asked if there is a charge to transfer it online to another bank and she said 50 tl, I thought she said 15 and she said no 50tl.
Maybe it was because it was for the whole balance?

ING have an annoyingly low daily transfer limit which I am sure you can have increased.

Maybe the amount you want transferred exceeds this hence the charge [?]

All sounds a bit dodgy to me...
