We will be over soon to cary out the usual yearly business. Can some one tell where in finans bank do we go to conduct our business with an english speaking person as every time we go it changes. Also if we are to deposit monies in to our accounts what ticket do we need as again every time we go the system changes.

Regards.

The English speaking staff are up 2 floors from the main banking hall & the last time I was there, it was 2 young ladies, both in glass "goldfish bowls".

Sorry I've never worked out which ticket I need to queue in the main banking hall either

Ayshe(manager) is on the first floor and Gulsen and the other one who's name escapes me for a minute is on the second floor, all in their personal offices to the right.

Get 1 ticket from each machine and see which one comes up first. Give whichever ticket(s) you have left to someone else in the queue.

We also would like some help please with the "ticket" machine, had a bit of a nightmare last I think Monday trying to pay some money in. Hubby was trying to work out which button to press there seemed to be about six choices, we got a ticket and a hour later it had crept slowly up to our number but it looked like the bloke had gone to dinner as his booth was empty!I am having a chuckle writing this but we weren't chuckling on the day, there seemed to be quite a lot of Turkish people also getting fed up. After an hour we just gave up and went to Mosaic for lunch but we would really like to know what to do next time:Dmany thanks as always folks :)

You can contact Efsun on     efsun.cengiz@finansbank.com.tr
or
Gozde on gozde.uzunoglu@finansbank.com.tr

Both speak perfect English, bank machine for counters is easy and if you use your machine card you jump the main queue, can't remember which button to press but know when I'm there!  The security guy will always tell you.
