I had excellent advice from Alper (but stuck with Garanti) during my last stay, had no problems with the bank, website, on-line banking or anything else for that matter, Garanti worked for me even if the interest rate wasn't quite as high as other options.

Sorry to hear you are leaving alper you did such a good job selling ING last year i think i will stay i like where it is  plus hardly any queues plus the other counter upstairs ,mainly the daily interest,garanti were no good for me long queues poor service ,hope all goes well .
