ING bank electron visa card

is this a debit card I can use to pay for items online and in the shops or just a card to get cash from ATM's - thanks.   ???

You can use it as a normal debit card , however you will find some outlets even in the UK are not geared up to accept it , including Tesco pay at the pump for fuel.If you go into restaurants its best to check first , many abroad will run it through there machine to check for you.

Hi all
I found, when I tried to renew my passport, that an ING debit card does not work for foreign transaction. I was informed this as if I should of known all the time.
