In defence of ING and Zuhal (who has replaced Ozge and I'm guessing she's the previously mentioned laid-back lady) she actually has been terrifically helpful to us both while we were out there 2 weeks ago and since we've been back where she has helped me organise a sterling transfer from Lloyds, switched it into lira, switched money between accounts, paid a bill and got some sraightforward updated balance statements which is something I never managed to achieve without getting on the phone to either Ozge or Alper.
