Lance, when you follow your earlier link do you get the page to enter your customer number?

Make sure internet explorer is your default browser Lance, go into internet options and see, if you have firefox or google chrome, sometimes they will fight against each other, configure I-E in options if it asks you.

Lance, the layout of the page has changed, after you enter your customer number then go to next page there is a blue box to the right asks if you want to "log on using memorable data" you should be able to log on from there.
