Today, the first ever female pilot to become part of the Red Arrows display team was announced.

It would have been last week but she reversed it into a shopping trolley while trying to find her ATM card.

Come out of the 20th Century boys, move into the 21st, we already have over 4000 women airline pilots in the world.  So flying a small plane with the red arrows would be no problem.

Flight Lieutenant Kirsty Moore, who has done two tours in Iraq flying Tornados was picked from 40 applicants.  So she got there on merit and skill. Good for her.
Strange how some men feel so threatened by a woman.

I always look at their make up, especially the lipstick and nail varnish, it says a lot about the woman.

I was watching them fly past my office window yesterday and Red 3 looked every bit as good as the others. She looked nice as well as I saw her putting on her lippy in the rear view!  ;)

Mrs Scunner isn't allowed opinions Scorcher, there's housework to be done.

I heard this woman pilot has already started to neglect her domestic duties since becoming a Red Arrows pilot. Why just this morning I understand she totally forgot to check the kids were belted in correctly before she took them to school.

It's definitely not a woman, a woman piot would choose a runway with two empty adjacent runways, one either side in case she couldn't get in straight first time :D
