Title: My Island Paradise

Some chap in the pub introduced me to this great opportunity. I could buy some 20 acres of land, with no problem about planning permission, tapus or any such bureaucratic nonsense for a very good price - well, a give-away price really. It was in the South Pacific on Sandy Island with an absolutely splendid view. Obviously I went for it. Now it seems there is a bit of a problem with my purchase. Please advise.

If you send some more money it will be sorted.  You may have to send money more than once but we will fix it.  The drinks if we have to meet will be on you..
