Yacht Boutique Hotel, Fethiye
« on: July 31, 2009, 09:50:41 AM »
For the Carnival Promises Auction, the newly refurbished Yacht Boutique Hotel in Fethiye, offered a meal for 2 people to include starters, salad, main course and desert together with 30 lira worth of drinks.  As this is a very special hotel and restaurant in a special location overlooking Ece Marina it was a definite to bid for and we were pleased we were successful.

We went to book a table there last week  a couple of days before our our wedding anniversary on the Wednesday, using our Promises voucher.
They were more than pleased to see us and reserved a table for two at the front of the 4th floor "roof terrace restaurant" (access by lift) which overlooks the marina and harbour - even better views than the one from the old Address Restaurant (for those who remember it).

We enjoyed a lovely meal of red pepper salsa and garlic bread, followed by cheese potato skins, onion bhajis and blue cheese dip, a lovely Chef's salad and main course of Osmaniye Tavuk which was beautiful - a sort of guvec but in a beautiful white wine, butter and honey sauce with side veg, rice and wedges folowed by an enormous fruit plate, coffees, brandy and liquer as well as alcoholic drinks throughout the meal. The staff were very attentive and friendly.

For style and ambience it would be hard to beat and we would thoroughly recommend it for a special night out.  We did check out the menu prices and for a smart boutique hotel is is not that expensive with steaks meals no more than on Calis prom.  They also do roast dinners on Sunday evenings which we will certainly check out.
