We found the portions really too big and hard to finish.  I am surprised at this last post as we all agreed it was the best meal we every had in Calis Beach.  Our neighbours were with us and they have been in Calis for 10 years and they were totally impressed..

I have to agree, we were very disappointed.  We were kept waiting a long while - even when it wasn't busy.  My mushroom starter was good, but I had grilled fish for my main which was over-cooked and certainly no better than at a much cheaper restaurant (but 30 TL). My companions both had very disappointing mains: one was 'Beef stroganoff' - tough meat in a strange sauce with pineapple!  Good bread though - and plenty, with a free dessert, although very strange: a sort of pickled walnut and crystallised pumpkin!  Also took us home afterwards, which was nice.  I'd be willing to give it one more try, but, to go back again, it would have to be ALOT better!
