I was in Zakkum a couple of days ago.
Yes, breakfast is 19 lira!

The new menu has many more Turkish style dishes than before.
It is a well presented menu.
The owner spent a few moments with us to make sure that the service and snack were okay.

The place looked much more welcoming than it has been recently.

I saw enough to ensure that I give a proper meal a try when I get back to Fethiye in May.

It is good that you took the time to respond.
You may not be aware that the reference to 'cunning plan' is one that should not be taken literally as an accusation of deceit.
It derives from a comedy on TV which is well known and understood by most Brits.
