Hi Dave - Welcome to the forum. I'm in Cambs too this morning - much fun on the A14 in the freezing fog at 7.00 this morning ! Unfortunately not out to Turkiye until spring now though. Good luck in your new home.

Never is much fun on the A14 , but glad to say looking out at the fog and frost this morning , glad I have given up work ,Saint Ives was awfully chilly

spooky ! we are talking on a Turkish forum and you only live 5 minutes from me in UK ! (Godmanchester). We spend most of our spare time in St Ives as my daughter dances there several times a week. It is a lovely town and probably very pretty this morning with the heavy frost. But my heart is in Uzumlu. (i bet its a nice feeling having given up work - you lucky thing !)

Hi and welcome. Ciftlik is a lovely quiet spot. We do a bit of shopping (and bill paying) there as we have a place on Saglik - not too far to walk!
