It is with tremendous sadness that we announce the passing of our very own Chas Hodges. Despite receiving successful treatment for oesophageal cancer recently, Chas suffered organ failure and passed away peacefully in his sleep in the early hours of this morning.

A great entertainer but more than anything else he always seemed like a damn good bloke.

Very true Keith and back in the day Christmas would not have been the same without some C&D songs

Amazing the number of other artistes he worked with, especially overseas.

He and Dave were part of the original line-up of Cliff Bennett and the Rebel Rousers.
