We had flights booked with Thomas Cook Sunday 22nd September, and received an email to say that our flights had been changed to sat 21st but working in a shop and
Saturday being best day of the week I could not change dates.
Rang TC explained what the problem was and given a full refund. Have now rebooked with Monarch no problem.
