Title: Mozaik Apartments?
Post by: stsr on March 13, 2010, 12:43:34 PM
Hi,

Great forum!! Lots of good info so thanks for that.

We have booked for a week in the new mozaik apartments

http://www.mozaik-apartments.com/

Can anyone tell me where they actually are in Olu Deniz and if they know anything about them. they look fab on the website and we are so looking forward to the 2nd of June when we go. We were in Olu in 2006 and loved it although didnt love the hotel quite so much that we stayed at so are looking forward to this time.

Also is Ottomans still there. We loved the food there last time and the staff were lovely?

Any info much appreciated.

Thanks

Anne

Hi Anne

Welcome to the forum.

Havent seen the Mozaik apartments but will keep an eye open and let you know if I find them.

Ottomans is still there.  I've only known it since 2008 so probably different staff.

Olu Deniz has grown since you were last here but still a lovely place.

Hope you have a great holiday!

From the description I would guess thy must be at the back of the valley towards the mosque ?.  See also http://www.oludenizbeach.com/oludeniz-mozaik-hotel.html    Opening 1st June 2010.

Given there won't be much new development in Olu and I heard Buzz were opening a boutiqe hotel in Olu.

2+2 = ?

Hi Anne the new Mosiac complex is being built just in front of the Mosque, I was up there last week and it is still under construction it looks good and i'm sure it will be finished on time. I notice from your profile that you are from Blairgowrie we are originally from Perth. There are quite a few people from Perth use the forum and have properties in and around Fethiye

It doesn't make you a bad person Scunner.

We decided we should expand our horizons so later this year we are going to spread our wings ...... and flit to Scone ;-)

You should contact Sporran he's from Letham but is very posh now and lives at Gannochy

Yes I know sporran. A man who looks like the sort of person you imagine would sell sporrans. I believe he only exists in supermarkets, as I only ever seem to meet him in them - maybe he has thought the same about me :D

I have nothing against the Letham really, my auntie used to live there, but I understand it was a little more desirable back then. Never trust a place that has earned the prefix "the".

Dinger was also brought up in Letham like me. It was a different place then unfotunately. I keep bumping into Scunner in various supermarkets in Perth. Like me he has to do the shopping and we are both wandering round trying to find things - as men do!!
