vanishing rushy

My Wife and daughter are in Calis this week and they went to have a meal at Rushys next to Rose Beach. When they got there the place was closed, but a friend who was there last week said it was open when they were there. It is most unlikely they would have a day off in holiday season.Could anyone enlighten me.

Rode past on my bike today. There were a couple of Turkish guys sat outside and it was apparent that the "Rushy" signs had been scraped from the doors and windows. He told me in May that he was being pressured for more rent. Sad to me as Fehme was a good mate of mine. It will be interesting to see where he turns up.

Seen Rushy tonight. He is now working at Dennis The Menaces which was previously Bamboo where he has worked before. Apparently his landlords wanted excessive rent increase and put up many hurdles to the success of the business. I knew from the word go that he was renting so he only bullsh*ts Stoop  8)
