We decided to apply for a Turkish driving licence. Thought we would attempt to keep one step of the game.
Our licences were obtained. We then thought we should enquire about what do we do about changing the address on our UK licences.
Sent an e-mail to DVLC, eventually recieved a reply.
No useful advice apart from stating the bl*****g obvious. You cannot have a foriegn address on a UK licence. The final piece of advice was. Why dont you apply and get a local licence so that you can drive there.
The question is; What have other expats done about changing the address on thier UK licence?
