Did anyone else see lastnights coast programme? (It may have been a repeat) What a great stretch of coastline from Dorset to Devon.The aerial shots were stunning.Also the story of Slapton sands where the locals were evacuated (and not informed why)for the rehearsal of the D-day landings which resulted in the ill-fated operation Tiger,when many lives were lost.
