Did you know that Google never, ever, throw anything away.
A classic example is the locations or maps application used in Android smartphone - you can see how much data they have on you by logging in here (using same account details from your phone) and clicking through the location history.

If you dont use Google maps then there will be nothing to see. However, if you use them a lot you might be surprised at what's there.
The level of accuracy is such that they actually tracked me through several rooms in my house and then showed when I went out to the shed in the back garden...
