I am having problems using my data to connect to the internet on my phone. I have a Vodafone contract that includes Turkey where I am allowed to use my allowances free , except I cannot connect to the internet. Vodafone have told me to check data roaming is enabled , to reset my APN to default , to take out SIM card leave it out for a few minutes then on putting it back it will work (doesn’t) . They also advised me that there was nothing in my account stopping this from working.
Has anybody else had this problem ? Any suggestions would be welcomed.

Think I had to change my carrier settings to Vodafone turkey then it worked

My wife and I have had a few problems over the last couple of days but it seems to be working now

Eventually got to chat to Vodafone technical support who reset my roaming settings and it fixed the problem. Down side was I was chatting to them for nearly two hours!

I could not activate my hotspot which a quick online chat sorted.
It was down to the default web address the phone tried to connect to on vodafone.
