Just put his contact details in here - numbers etc are allowed in tradesmen section. We delete all recommendations that ask people to contact the author (due initially to people doing it to make sure they got commission).
Not saying you are on commission of course ;)

your friend came over to mine yesterday and spent a couple of hours trying to get me the v but to no avail but promised to return today!!
He spent over two hours here trying his best for us he is a lovely person polite and kind I have just received a call from him and he tells me that catch up tv is available to all at the min with out proxy but at some point they will block it agian and when they do Im to give him a call!!
And bless him he did not charge me a penny!!!!!! as he could not do it himself this time!!

yes he is a fantastic guy. He will help in any way he can. He did tell me today he had problems getting it for you but yes you dont need any proxy for tvcatchup at the moment for some strange reason. He has found another way if it gets banned again. Im glad you liked him as a person as i would only recommend people i trust and like.

Yes indeed he is!!! he is coming over to me today as a neighbour of mine wants him to sort it out for them too!!!!
I called him back yesterday and insisted that he charges me for his work!!

Thanks for that Jan as always used Murat for our computer probs, who was another genuine Turkish gentleman who didnt rip you off. Sadly he is now in the UK so good to know that there is someone else to call on.

Thanks for posting this Jan.. I couldn't connect to the internet for 5 days, Turk Telecom came round, fiddled with some wires, it was fixed for 5 mins then went off line again. I contacted Devrim and he spent some time trying all sorts in the end he decided the modem was at fault. I bought a new one and all is perfect now! Speaks perfect English and also wouldn't accept payment as it wasn't fixed when he left the first day! I also highly recommend him and nice to know there's a real expert out there when needed!
