Could be Sumak / Sumac / Summaq. It's not a herb, it's a spice. Brownish-burgundy-red colour.

If it's the red spice I think it's Sarmak. Otherwise, if it is a herb it's parsley

Parsley is Maydanoz

Coriander is Kisnis (pronounced kish -nish)

Many people think it's coriander, but it is flat leaf parsley.

In fact you'll rarely find fresh coriander for sale in the Fethiye area.

Flat leaf parsley. Stronger than the normal parsley and tastes similar to coriander!
