Title: Two in three weeks

Well I did it. Two half marathons in three weeks, and all for MacMillan. Current total stands at £615.00. A massive thank you to everyone who sponsored me. A bit stiff today, but a Chinese and a few beers last night helped to ease the aches yesterday. I must add a thank you to the people of Cardiff, Newcastle, South Shields and the surrounding area's for their support during both runs. The message will probably never reach them, but their cheering and words of encouragement most definitely helped an old man and made him very happy   ;) Lastly a huge thank you to my lovely wife for supporting me in this venture, giving words of support and encouragement during all the training XXX
