Title: Village Breakfast - Ada Restaurant Şovalye Island
Post by: nichola on May 21, 2016, 22:09:18 PM
The last in the Boutique Village Breakfast reviews.... and unintentionally saved the best until last.

As I didn't really rate their day time lunch/snack menu last year their breakfast is definitely worth going for if you want to eat there in the day and it's good value for money at 40tl per person; this includes the return trip on the boat.  Pick up and drop off point is the jetty near Şat restaurant in Çaliş.

You need to book in advance and I would recommend telling them you are coming for the traditional Turkish breakfast. It's a beautiful venue, with 360 degree sea views.

As with the breakfast at Unique the different dishes were apportioned for every two people. However after breakfast coffees were extra (I'm not sure if we were charged for coffees that were ordered with the breakfast) and we were also charged for water, the latter at least I think should be included in the price.

5/5 for food and service

Pide and plenty of it and there was definitely salmon in it. I'm not sure if that is usual though.

Call that a breakfast?  The danger colours are all there, the greens and reds and No sausage, no bacon, no fried slice, no tinned toms ir beans, black and or white puddin', all drippin in lard and all you can offer as an alternative is veg and jams.... Not for ol' UBT thanks....  We all need more proper caff breakfasts and a little less boutique for my money : :)
