This post appeared on FB the other day and was taken down as not being 100% accurate and apparently the person who copied and pasted the post is staying at the hotel which other guests have confirmed is very nice.

Because Fb took it down doesn't mean that it isn't true?  Who knows if it is? What I can see by the images  is that there could be a cause for compaint.
