Thanks to everyone that has relplied to our questions, it was most helpful.
We do not have a date when we are going to be there as yet. Regarding the furniture moving issue (most of which is under 2 years old) we are still thinking about. Regards other items personel stuff, we have loads of, what is the best way to ship it across.
