Yes, 13th to 14th Aug = one day, etc, etc 10th to 11th Nov 90 days, that does included the 13th and the 11th to me. Or do you mean if you arrive at 23:59 on the 13th, one minute and that is one day over.

1 day = 24 hours, even in Turkey, as Bohane has ben told by the authorities at Dalaman.

Yep !

Look at a stamp on a visa. There's no mention of what time it's stamped, only the date. ;)

But hey, if anyone wants to try and get away with staying more than 90 days on a Tourist Visa, I'm not going to try and stop you.

Furthermore, if you are going to take the rap on the knuckles and pay the fine, get there early, because if their paperwork and procedures cause you to miss your flight, they couldn't care less.

Is it worth the hassle keep going to Kas to get tourist visa considering the small amount of money you save rather then say just getting a yearly resident permit. Is there some other reason people do it rather than to save a few quid.

We treat it as a day out.  Stock up on things you cannot get in Turkey (shhhhhh) ;), have lovely pork chops and chips for lunch, buy duty free and have a very relaxed day (if the sea is calm, which it has been every time we have gone over).

It also saves having to pay a large amount in advance especially for those people on a fixed income.
