reverse charge to uk

Can anybody tell me how I can make a reverse charge phone call to the UK, I have tried ringing the international operator which is apparently 115 but to no avail, it just keeps beeping, I have asked several people english and turkish and nobody seems to know how to do it, so pleeese someone help me.:D:D

I'm not sure you can? If you could it would be very expensive I would have thought. I understand some bars offer a free calls to UK service via Skype - would that help?

I think Cafe Pazar might, and Anna Hotel opposite Genpa (if it's still open).

have always found that the 5ytl and 10ytl phone cards are so easy to use and great value for money and give( my wife ) plenty of phone time for such a small amount.
