I must just say all my sympathies are with the homes and businesses in Hisaronu which were flooded with water and sludge last week. It has benn an horrendous job clearing up for them. Let's hope that the worst of the rain is over.

My sympathies go out to all involved, and hope nobody was hurt in the recent storms. The photos looked horrific. How is the area looking now that the storms have subsided? Is there any serious longterm damage anywhere?
