Greetings all
I have just joined this group. Even though I am not really a webgroup joiner this forum looks both helpful and fun. Of course, I have a Calis connection. My wife (Hilary) and I have holidayed there three times in the last six years. This year we were in Kalkan but we could not resist catching a bus up to Calis to stay overnight (Can Hotel) to take an Efes and toast the fabulous sunset. Also to cool off a bit since we knew Calis would be 5C or so under Kalkan's July heatwave. Unlike many of you I don't want to buy a holiday home. Instead our 4 year plan is to retire to Turkey - but whether to Calis/Fethiye area or to Kalkan/Kas is undecided. Will post propandist photo on appropriate list.
