You can sow eggplant,tomato(Cerry),Tomato(Determinate),parsley,dill.
You must disinfect olive tree with summer oil or imidacloprid+mineral oil for black olive scale.
You can start to prune your roses
(I am an agricultural engineer.My experiences and cartificates are agriculture,landscape and pest control.If you want you ask me your questions.I can help you)

our seasons are so different, could you tell me when
mandalin trees should be pruned?

the mandarin tree doesn not need too much prune.if the brunches are

 to much then you have to do that to make the tree get more sunshine
you can prune the tree in the middle of february.extra knowledge
you can fertilize the tree by  a little amount of ammonium sulfate
at  the end of january .if you say the age of  the tree  i can easily say how much you   will use .

Ovaciksarah. I may be mistaken but I think that I saw a small range of gardening treatments in Azda in Hisaronu. Don't know if they had potassium but they may have.I do know that compost made containing plenty of banana peel and also fine wood ash will contain potassium.
