We don't have a car, does anyone know anywhere that would deliver a large bag of potting compost.
We get the compost that they bring round on the truck which is fine for the garden but no good for seedlings and cuttings.

Now. Take a whole load of them and put them in water. In a few weeks time you should have a lot of rooted cuttings which you can pot up into compost.

I just stick mine in earth without rooting powder. Most take a few dont but generally I have been very succesful and I am no gardener.

I have found that they cannot be in full sunshine for long.

Otherwise they just die

Or just come round Lissa Park...all the locals do (nationality immaterial)...we've gone out some mornings and have been amazed at how much plant life has disappeared...have not even had one single grape of our vines this year...but we sure know who have;0  Only hope my olives survive (weirdly they are no longer shrivelled??!!)  Not really complaining as we have had 7 years of this and it is quite amusing to see "our plants" growing nearby ;)
