Hello, all! Coming to Koca Calis in a week's time.

We'll be staying in our villa in Koca Calis - built by Infinity, now DeskaGlobal - finally finished end of 2011. 8) 8) We'll be getting our Tapu on Monday 6th May, after what seems an endless delay. Any tips on things we should watch out for re the Tapu? 8)

Agree with Scunner, you also need your agent/solicitor/translater to ensure that the Tapu is clear of any debt before you sign for it at the Tapu office.
