Speak with Asli at Fethiye Translation Bureau she will arrange it all for you with no fuss or agro.  She did all my residency applications for me in a couple of weeks. I know this is not DIY but for the sake of a few YTL is it worth the hassle[?] If you want her contact details email me and I will let you know.

Her name is spelt Asli but pronounced Asla. She's very helpful and inexpensive.

Her office is in the street that runs behind the PTT in Fethiye. There is a pet shop next door. If her office is closed the man at the pet shop will often know where she is and will call her.

You mean the boat trip to Mace from Kas? Many do it...its about 35 Euro inclusive but you must book it in advance. Duty free and bacon are enough motivation for many!!
