What a feeling
« on: March 30, 2016, 15:33:01 PM »
It was so amazing to see the house almost completed and it looks so very different to the last visit we made. I cannot tell you how excited the family are it is like they are in a dream and don't want to wake up. We are having the kitchen cupboards made so they hope to move in as soon as they are finished in about 2/3 weeks .Photographs do not really show the house as it is as all the rooms are really good sizes and the balcony is much bigger than it looks from outside .We had it built to 100 sq metres and they have two bathrooms and all rooms are oversized for when they need wheelchairs as are all the doors . I think the colour of the outside will be a bone of contention as they asked me to choose the colour please as Mum wants coffee and cream and dad wants........wait for it......vivid purple !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! we saw a picture of the colour he wants. Horrendous doesn't even begin to cover our thoughts.   My personal choice was coffee and cream and that was before the Mum had stated her choice so at least we agreed and hope she can talk him round. There will be more pictures later .
