Well Colwyn, it’s lovely to hear that you are in love!  Thankyou for sharing that with us!  Such a pleasant change from some of your more grumpy posts. Has Hillary been dishing out happy pills? (tongue firmly in cheek).   ;)  :)

In the last 12 months I have flown British Airways, Virgin (Premium Economy long haul), Thos Cook, FlyBe and Easyjet.

Easyjet for me. From initial booking on their website to on time arrivals.

Can't knock 'em this year.

Flew TC out this year. Their economy plus. Nice seats in first four rows, 25kg plus 10kg, nice staff, free drinks and a nice meal (in fact a James Martin and one of the best in flight meals I've ever had). Costs an extra £50 though.

Flew Jet2 home. Similar legroom and seats. Nice staff, no meal and no free drinks,22kg plus 10kg. £9 for two drinks.

On reflection Jet2 was the better value.
