Hi am i correct in saying that if my English mobile phone which has a turkcell sim card isn't working when i come next time ,i have got to buy a new phone, if that is the case is there anywhere in calis or fethiye that sells second hand ones dont want to spend a lot if I'm only going to use it just a couple of times a year.

As far as is known at the moment no you won't have to buy a new phone. It may be that you will need a new simcard to register the phone so in effect you will have a NEW phone on the Turkish network. There may also be some requirement to prove you own the phone i.e. the receipt. At this moment in time there does not seem to be a precise ruling as to what will or won't be the requirements. :)
