Other than to keep taking them that is.

Brenda has the chance of a staff offer tomorrow so we were thinking of buying a tablet.

So what specification should I be looking for. My only criteria (I think :() is that it has to be "quick"

Son and daughter both have I pads and are very happy with them.

I would like to know if anyone has one of the cheaper tablets as I think Ipad are expensive just because of their name.

I have a £90 nameless tablet bought on EBay and am delighted with it. I love having access to the android/google store as well as the iTunes App Store on my phone.

But bear in mind, nothing comes close to the build quality and screen of an iPad - hence the many hundreds of pounds difference.

Does she work at Tesco John? 20% off for staff this weekend. Ipad 3 for £320 is very good and I'm considering it myself. Maggie has an ipad 2 and it's very fast and very good. The 3 also has Siri included with the new ios6 software so you will have another woman telling you what to do  ;)

I've recently bought an Ipad 2 and I absolutely love it.
Although the 3 has a better screen, for me it wasn't worth the 400 TL difference.

I bought a Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1, 16gb 3g version a few weeks ago.  Absolutely delighted with it.  It has a bigger screen than an iPad, uses Android 4.1 jelly bean which is fast, plenty of free apps + you can download any app from anywhere (you are not restricted to what Apple say you must download).  Build quality is very very good, no concerns at all.
