6 of us ate there 3 weeks ago.
We ordered 2 fillet steaks and 2 cheaper steaks (can't recall what they were now)plus some other dishes.
We arrived quite late on and the waiter came to apologise that there were only fillets left so would we all have those. They were delicious and we would have been more than happy to pay the small premium for fillets but as we had tried to order cheaper ones - the bill came with the lower price.
You can't get much fairer / better than that :D
Keep up the good work Roka - we'll be back out in 3 weeks  8)

Visited Rokas 4 times in the last 3 weeks (two lunch and two evening meals) in parties of between 11 and 13.  Great food, excellent service and probably the best value for money we had. (Set 2 course lunches for 10ytl, beer at 2.5 for a large Efes up to 17:00 hours; evening al la carte meals, beer and wine
 reasonably priced).

Would (and have) recommend it heartily.
