Iskele Ocakbasi - Fethiye

Having checked out favourites for 2010 topic, we decided to try this restaurant last night.  Lamb Shish and lamb hotpot were fantastic.  Can't describe how delicious and tasty they were.  Definitely a return visit before we leave and can highly recommend.  Good measures of Gin and fizzy tonic too - woo hoo!:D

I agree this restaurant has some of the best food available, although their wines can be a bit pricey. Nice place to go in the winter also as they have a big log fire

It's a street back from the new prom Amanda, next to the trampolines. It's worth a visit just for their konofe (sp)

Forgive my lack of local knowledge but we found it near the end of the harbour?  Are we talking of two different places?

Is this the Ocakbasi up by the fountain (Paspatur end) where the turtles tend to come in regularly?  It's a really nice place to eat or stop off for a drink.

That's the area, walk to far end of harbour then if you cross over the road into paspatur, you come to the car cemetery.
